Animation Reel
NeoWork partners with Zitti, a restaurant management software. NeoWork filled the role of Zitti’s “Wizard of Oz” MVP solution and went on to fill higher-level gaps in multiple facets of Zitti’s staffing.
The Problem
Engineering is the most expensive and limited resource at any company.
While the engineering team was building out an automation to scrape pricing for different food suppliers, they needed a reliable partner to manually pull prices off of multiple sites and convert different food package sizes to be consistent across food suppliers when showcasing to Zitti’s end customers.
This needed to consistently happen every morning before 7AM across 20+ restaurants.
NeoWork's Solution
NeoWork jumped in as a deep operations partner by first developing a deep understanding of the product and interviewing the end-customer restaurant owners using the platform.
NeoWork uncovered product requests for the order-guide pricing product such as fine-dining restaurants preference for the metric system. NeoWork then devised a way to classify all products from Zitti’s customer restaurants that needed daily pricing pulls and an identification methodology.
NeoWork defined workforce management needs for the operations team to serve as the product. They also established quality assurance rubrics. Due to the success of functioning as the behind-the-scenes MVP, NeoWork went on to partner with Zittin in higher-level functions including building custom 3D animations for their branding and writing knowledge base articles about their product.
